Job Description
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be instrumental in supporting educational activities and assisting students with their learning journeys. The role requires a patient and enthusiastic individual who is able to work well in a team.
Responsibilities
Work closely with teachers to implement lesson plans.
Provide one-on-one assistance to students who require additional support.
Encourage and motivate students to achieve their best.
Help organize classroom activities and events.
Supervise students during playtime and transitions.
Assist in assessing students' learning and providing feedback.
Collaborate with other staff members to improve teaching strategies and student outcomes.
Requirements
Education
GCSEs or equivalent qualifications required
A Levels or NVQ Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning is desirable
Experience
Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred
