We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Social Media Manager to lead our social media efforts in Liverpool. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic social media campaigns that enhance brand awareness and engage our audience effectively.

Responsibilities

• Craft engaging copy and visuals for daily social media posts.
• Monitor trends and emerging technologies in social media and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Co-ordinate with other departments to support promotional campaigns.
• Establish comprehensive social media policies and guidelines.
• Provide recommendations for improving engagement and brand loyalty.
• Run contests and promotions to boost fan engagement and brand visibility.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of outreach and engagement efforts through analytics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant discipline
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in managing social media accounts for brands

• SEO Knowledge
• Photo/Video Editing

Certifications

• Facebook Blueprint Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
