IT Systems Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking an IT Systems Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will have experience with system administration, network management, and technical support. You will play a key role in ensuring system performance, security, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and applications.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• Manage user accounts and permissions using Active Directory.
• Provide guidance and training to junior IT staff.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency.
• Participate in IT audits and assessments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Master's degree in IT Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
