Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and responsible individual to join our organization as a Chief Warden. The Chief Warden will oversee security operations, ensuring the protection of our premises, staff, and visitors while leading a dedicated team of wardens. This role demands strong leadership skills and the ability to handle emergencies with composure.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to enhance workplace safety and security.
• Work collaboratively with local law enforcement and community partners.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of security technologies and methods.
• Prepare and present reports on security operations to senior management.
• Develop training programs to enhance the skills of the security team.
• Review and revise emergency response plans as needed.
• Act as the primary contact for security-related inquiries.
• Encourage a culture of safety awareness among all staff members.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Oversee the management and maintenance of all security equipment.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Criminology, Public Safety or a related field
• Additional certifications in security management are a plus

Experience

• Proven experience in leading and managing security teams.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in emergency response planning
• Familiarity with incident management software

Soft Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in crisis communication and media relations: Ability to manage public relations in emergency situations.
• Additional certifications in first aid or emergency response: Relevant qualifications to enhance staff safety training.
