Responsibilities

• Lead innovative research projects from conception through execution.
• Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders on research initiatives.
• Evaluate and interpret experimental results to inform future studies.
• Recruit, train, and supervise other research staff as needed.

Requirements

Education

• PhD in Biotechnology or a related field
• Master's degree preferred with significant experience

Experience

• 3-7 years of research experience in a laboratory setting

Certifications

• ISO 9001 Quality Management
• Registered Scientist (RSci)

Languages

• English: Fluent
