We are looking for a motivated Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our supportive team in Cheltenham. In this role, you will assist in the delivery of therapy services and help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. Responsibilities

  • Conduct therapy sessions under the supervision of an occupational therapist.
  • Engage patients in therapeutic activities to enhance their recovery.
  • Provide feedback to therapists about patient responses to therapy.
  • Assist in creating a therapeutic environment for patient care.
  • Education on adaptive strategies for daily tasks.
  • Help maintain equipment and therapy tools to ensure they are ready for use.
  • Build rapport with patients to foster a supportive atmosphere.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience working with patients in a therapeutic environment.
