• Support drilling operations through strategic planning and execution.
• Analyse production data and develop improvement strategies.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver engineering solutions.
• Conduct site visits to oversee operations and ensure compliance.
• Assist in the development of project proposals and budgets.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Participate in safety meetings and enforce safety protocols.
• Coordinate with external contractors and consultants.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Certification in Oil and Gas Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in oil and gas engineering
