Job Description

As a Braze Applicator, you will be responsible for applying brazing materials to metal parts, operating various brazing equipment, and ensuring compliance with strict quality standards. Your expertise will play a crucial role in producing high-quality components.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor brazing equipment such as torches and furnaces.
• Evaluate the quality of brazed joints through visual inspection and non-destructive testing.
• Adjust equipment settings and processes based on production requirements.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• NVQ Level 2 in Welding or equivalent

Experience

• Experience with different materials such as steel, copper, and aluminium alloys.

Technical Skills

• Brazing equipment operation
• Quality inspection techniques

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Adaptability

Certifications

• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
