Job Description

A Ladle Watcher is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of ladles used to transport molten metal in industrial settings. This critical role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of ladles.
• Report findings and concerns to the shift manager promptly.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is advantageous.
