Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Plant Manager to oversee our Sheffield facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production operations, ensuring quality and safety standards, and optimizing processes to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the manufacturing team to ensure operational excellence.
• Ensure all production activities comply with quality standards.
• Identify and implement best practices to improve production efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production.
• Serve as the main point of contact for suppliers and stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends to enhance plant effectiveness.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement among the workforce.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• MBA is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of managerial experience in a manufacturing environment

• Six Sigma

Certifications

• APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
