Job Description

We are in search of a Flight Operations Specialist to manage and oversee daily flight operations while ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in aviation operations and be skilled in efficient problem-solving and communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise flight operations staff and ensure they adhere to protocol.
• Serve as the point of contact for all operational inquiries and emergencies.
• Evaluate and integrate technology solutions to improve operations.
• Maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Participate in audits and inspections related to flight operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation or related discipline
• Master's degree in Aviation Management preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in operational roles within aviation

• Airport Operations
• Operational Risk Assessment

• Analytical Skills

Certifications

• ICAO Aviation Safety Management System
• Air Traffic Control Certification (if applicable)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Emergency Response Planning: Knowledge of creating and implementing emergency response procedures in aviation.
• Training in Safety Management Systems: Experience conducting training related to safety management systems and protocols.
