Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Auto Collision Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating automotive collision repairs and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess damage on vehicles and create detailed, accurate estimates.
• Coordinate with customers, technicians, and insurance companies effectively.
• Document all communications with clients concerning estimates and repairs.
• Provide clear timelines for repairs and ensure they are met.
• Develop strong relationships with insurance contacts for smoother claims processing.
• Train junior estimators on best practices and software tools.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training or apprenticeship in automotive repair is advantageous

Experience

• Previous experience working with various insurance companies.

Technical Skills

• Advanced Vehicle Systems Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Negotiation Skills

• Industry Certifications: Certifications such as ASE certifications or IAEA.
• Experience with multiple insurance companies: Ability to efficiently manage claims with various insurers.
