Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Mottler Machine Feeder to ensure that our mottling machines consistently receive the correct materials and operate efficiently. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, monitoring the machinery and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up Mottler machines and prepare materials for production runs.
• Actively monitor machine operation, making adjustments as necessary to ensure quality output.
• Conduct quality inspections during production, recording any irregularities.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet delivery deadlines.
• Keep work areas tidy and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Engage in preventative maintenance checks on machines to avoid downtimes.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding workflow and production goals.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant vocational training is a plus

Experience

• Prior experience operating Mottler machines preferred

Technical Skills

• Experience in quality control procedures
• Technical problem-solving

Soft Skills

• Strong time management skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
