Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical design process from concept to production.
• Utilize simulation tools for performance analysis.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality materials and components.
• Participate in product development meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Professional Engineering License is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and analysis

• AutoCAD

• Leadership

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Industry Standards: Familiarity with ISO and ASME standards.
