Job Description

As a Controls Designer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge control systems for industrial machinery. Your role will involve collaborating with engineers to ensure that systems are seamlessly integrated and functioning efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of control technologies and a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and test automated control systems for diverse industrial applications.
  • Engage in cross-departmental collaboration to define and refine system requirements.
  • Integrate new technologies within existing systems to enhance functionality.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards.
  • Document all processes and modifications to systems for compliance audits.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users on system operation and maintenance.
  • Implement continuous improvements based on user feedback and emerging technologies.
  • Participate in the preparation of project proposals and specifications.
  • Research and recommend tools and technologies to improve control system efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Electrical Engineering or Automation Technology
Experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
