Job Description

As a Shell Sieve Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient separation and filtration processes. Your responsibilities will include operating sieve equipment, performing routine inspections, and collaborating with team members to meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor sieve machinery to ensure efficient separation processes.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Calibrate sieve settings to match production needs.
• Record and report data pertinent to operation metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams for optimal performance.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
• Assist in training new employees and promoting best practices.
• Participate in ongoing process improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Support other departments during peak production periods.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in machine operation or related field is preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in the oil and gas industry is an advantageous asset.
