Job Description

As a Machine Feeder and Offbearer, you will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining cutting machines that process fabrics and rags. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and can ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our textile operations.

Responsibilities

• Carefully load materials into machines, ensuring all safety measures are adhered to.
• Monitor the operations closely to ensure all processes are running efficiently.
• Inspect cut fabrics thoroughly for quality assurance.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on machines.
• Support the training of new staff in operating procedures.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets.
• Document production output and report to management.
• Assist with inventory checks and material replenishment.

Requirements

Education

• No specific educational qualifications are required.

Experience

• Prior experience in a similar manufacturing or textile role is preferred but not essential.

Languages
