Job Description

As a Bridal Consultant, you will assist clients in selecting their wedding attire and accessories, providing exceptional customer service throughout their journey. You will maintain inventory, manage appointments, and ensure every client feels valued and supported.

Responsibilities

  • Guide brides-to-be in their wedding dress selection process.
  • Offer expert advice on bridal fashion trends and styling.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain the store's visual presentation and cleanliness.
  • Assist in marketing efforts, including social media and events.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to enhance their shopping experience.

Requirements

Education
