Job Description

As a Retinal Angiographer, you will be responsible for performing retinal angiography procedures that are crucial for diagnosing and monitoring various retinal conditions. The role demands proficiency in utilizing specialized imaging equipment and working closely with ophthalmologists to ensure high-quality image acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Execute retinal angiography procedures to diagnose retinal disorders.
  • Explain procedures to patients, addressing any concerns for comfort.
  • Capture high-resolution images of the retina for analysis.
  • Supervise patient wellbeing throughout imaging processes.
  • Assist in the review of images with ophthalmologists to aid diagnosis.
  • Keep comprehensive documentation of imaging sessions.
  • Maintain imaging equipment in peak condition.
  • Stay informed about advancements in retinal imaging and technology.
  • Engage with other healthcare personnel to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Follow all safety regulations and maintain a sterile work area.
