We are seeking a talented Aesthetician to join our team in London. As an Aesthetician, you will provide exceptional skincare services, including facials, waxing, and body treatments. You will be responsible for creating tailored treatment plans that meet the unique needs of our clients while delivering a superior level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of aesthetic treatments with skill and care.
• Evaluate skin conditions and recommend treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide skincare consultations to clients pre-and post-treatment.
• Participate in continuous education and training.
• Assist in cleaning and maintaining spa facilities.
• Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support team in achieving monthly sales targets.
• Encourage client referrals and positive reviews.
• Promote a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Aesthetic Treatment or Beauty Therapy

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a spa or salon setting

Technical Skills

• Facial treatments

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in laser treatments: Certification or training in laser therapy for skin treatments.
