Job Description
Looking for an experienced Maintenance Worker to support our rubber and plastics manufacturing team. The successful candidate will operate and maintain production machinery, perform quality checks, and ensure the facility runs smoothly and safely.
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
Provide technical support and guidance to less experienced colleagues.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules and perform emergency repairs.
Maintain an organised inventory of tools and materials necessary for machine upkeep.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Technical training in manufacturing or engineering preferred
Experience
Previous experience in machinery operation is highly preferred.
