Job Description
As a Cinema Projectionist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining projection equipment to ensure a high-quality viewing experience. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a passion for cinema.
Responsibilities
Set up and test equipment before each screening session.
Adjust image and sound settings to achieve high-quality presentation.
Troubleshoot technical issues during screenings for immediate resolution.
Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure all equipment remains in top-notch condition.
Assist in training new staff in projection operation and maintenance.
Foster a positive cinema experience through effective customer interaction when needed.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Certification in health and safety regulations is advantageous
Experience
2+ years in a technical role related to audio-visual equipment
