Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Quality Manager to oversee our quality assurance initiatives in Armagh. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet stringent industry standards and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor KPIs for quality performance.
• Direct corrective actions for non-conformance issues.
• Foster relationships with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance.
• Lead the quality management team to achieve operational goals.
• Evaluate product specifications and ensure they meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate quality improvement projects.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to improve overall processes.
• Implement a continuous improvement program for quality assurance.
• Ensure traceability of quality issues and resolutions.
• Maintain knowledge of emerging trends in quality management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in a quality assurance role in manufacturing
