Job Description

Join our team as a Supply Chain Manager, where you will be responsible for streamlining operations and managing procurement processes. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless supply operations while optimizing costs and improving service levels, contributing significantly to our company's success.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage supply chain operations to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop strategies for procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Manage relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality and timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor supply chain performance metrics and report on findings.
  • Implement best practices and tools to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and meet customer needs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and manage supplier performance.
  • Provide leadership and support to the supply chain team.
  • Continuously assess and improve the supply chain strategy.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or related field
