Job Description

As a Computer Numerically Controlled Tool Operator, you will be at the forefront of our manufacturing process, responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machinery. This role is crucial for ensuring precision and efficiency while adhering to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC machines in line with the production schedule.
  • Execute preventative maintenance to mitigate downtime.
  • Support the engineering team in troubleshooting complex machinery issues.
  • Conduct inspections and quality checks throughout the production process.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Assist in program development and adjustments for CNC operations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, promoting best practices.
  • Report all machine malfunctions or irregularities to management immediately.
  • Provide feedback on materials and processes to enhance production quality.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical certification or vocational training in robotics, automation, or a related field preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment
