Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Component Assembler Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in component assembly, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to oversee a team of assemblers to ensure efficient production.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the assembly area.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve assembly efficiency and productivity.
• Facilitate communication between assemblers and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
• Oversee the maintenance of tools and equipment used by assemblers.
• Engage with suppliers to ensure the quality of materials used in assembly.
• Introduce best practices in assembly procedures to enhance quality and reduce waste.

Advantageous

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles: Understanding of lean methodologies to reduce waste and increase productivity.
• Certifications in assembly or manufacturing: Additional certifications related to assembly processes will be advantageous.
