Responsibilities

• Utilise overlock machines to produce clean and high-quality edges on garments.
• Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure adherence to brand standards.
• Assist in training new team members in machine operation and quality expectations.
• Set up machines for different garment types to maximise efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace to promote safety and productivity.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the production process.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required, but relevant experience is essential.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Overlock Hemmer or similar role in the textile industry.
