We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Audit Clerks Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the audit clerks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards. Job Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of audit clerks, overseeing daily operations and ensuring high-quality audit standards.
  • Perform detailed audits of financial records and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
  • Enhance audit functions by introducing best practices and innovative approaches.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline audit workflows.
  • Conduct staff training on audit procedures and software tools.
  • Draft audit documentation and maintain records for compliance purposes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance audit efficiency.
  • Address any issues or discrepancies found during audits and formulate action plans.
  • Participate in strategic planning for audit initiatives and objectives.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA) is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to analyze complex data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Proficient in auditing software and tools Experience with platforms such as IDEA or ACL.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Ensuring every financial detail adheres to the highest standards.
  • Leadership and team management abilities Proven experience in guiding and mentoring teams.
  • English (Fluent)

  • Previous experience with implementing audit process improvements: A track record of enhancing audit efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Knowledge of international accounting standards: Understanding of standards such as IFRS or GAAP.
