Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Director to lead our finance department in Glasgow. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial operations and strategies, ensuring robust financial planning and analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures.
  • Perform risk management and financial audits.
  • Oversee corporate finance activities and monitor cash balances.
  • Evaluate and manage investment strategies.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and senior management.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with banks and financial institutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
  • MBA or similar advanced degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in corporate finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
