Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer to join our Sheffield team. This role involves analysing production processes, identifying inefficiencies, and developing solutions to improve productivity. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and a passion for engineering problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve manufacturing layouts to maximise efficiency.
• Implement quality control processes to ensure product standards.
• Train staff on new processes and optimisations.
• Utilise statistical analysis tools to drive decision-making.
• Collaborate with IT on systems integration for production.
• Manage engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Review and refine process documentation regularly.
• Engage in problem-solving initiatives as a subject matter expert.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in a manufacturing engineering role

• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• ISO Certification Experience: Knowledge of ISO standards and experience in audits.
