Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Machinery Mechanic to maintain and repair rollers used in various construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and experience with hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on roller equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues effectively.
• Document all maintenance and repair work accurately.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness and organization.
• Work alongside team members to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
• Provide technical support for roller operations.
• Assist in the training of new staff on maintenance procedures.
• Ensure all safety protocols are adhered to during work.
• Evaluate the need for repairs and replacement parts.
• Prepare reports on equipment performance for management.

Requirements

Education

• Additional vocational training in mechanics is advantageous.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the construction or heavy machinery industry.
