You will collaborate closely with project management and design teams to drive innovations from concept through to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new products from concept to production.
• Assess and optimise existing systems to improve energy efficiency and sustainability.
• Facilitate communication between engineering departments and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and interns on project teams.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to inform future projects.
