Job Description

Join our team as a Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant, where you will help clients transform their lives through effective weight loss strategies and lifestyle changes. You will provide tailored guidance in nutrition, exercise, and behaviour modification.

Responsibilities

  • Create and adjust weight loss strategies based on clients' feedback and progress.
  • Analyse client data to track weight loss results and adapt plans accordingly.
  • Facilitate support groups for clients undergoing similar challenges.
  • Educate clients on the importance of exercise and activity in weight management.
  • Work with clients to set realistic and achievable health goals.
  • Assist in creating educational materials for clients and workshops.
  • Develop strategies for maintaining client motivation and accountability.
  • Network with local gyms and health facilities to provide clients with resources.
  • Conduct follow-up sessions to ensure clients remain on track with their programmes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in a health-related discipline
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in lifestyle coaching or a related field.
