Job Description

As an Air Traffic Controller, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating the safe and efficient movement of aircraft. Working alongside pilots and ground staff, your expertise will ensure seamless operations in the skies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage all air traffic within assigned airspace.
• Communicate critical information to pilots, such as weather conditions and takeoff/landing instructions.
• Determine and distribute flight plans accurately to relevant personnel.
• Maintain accurate records of flight activity and communicate with other airports as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless air traffic control operations.
• Stay updated with industry developments and regulatory changes.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in aviation or related field

Experience

• Experience in dispatching or coordinating flights.

Technical Skills

• Multi-tasking abilities

Soft Skills

• Customer service skills
