Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Supply Chain Manager to oversee and improve our supply chain operations in Cardiff. The successful candidate will be adept at managing logistics, inventory, and procurement processes, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement supply chain processes that align with business objectives.
• Supervise logistics and distribution operations to ensure high service quality.
• Evaluate supplier performance and manage supplier risk effectively.
• Lead negotiations for supply procurement contracts.
• Utilise inventory management software to optimise stock levels.
• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to strengthen supply chain initiatives.
• Prepare reports and present findings to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role

Technical Skills

• ERP Systems

Certifications

• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
