We are seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.
Responsibilities
Prepare machines for production by setting up and calibrating equipment.
Safely operate machines while adhering to all safety guidelines.
Conduct routine checks to ensure machine functionality and efficiency.
Inspect products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Document production activities and report discrepancies to supervisors.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule regular machine upkeep.
Train and mentor junior operators on machine operation and safety practices.
Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
Maintain an orderly work environment that meets safety and cleanliness standards.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
Previous experience in machine operation or a similar role is preferred.
