Job Description

As the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), you will be at the forefront of safeguarding our organisation's information assets. You will develop and implement comprehensive security strategies, lead a talented team of security professionals, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security frameworks that protect confidential information.
• Engage in active risk management, identifying new threats to the organization's assets.
• Foster relationships with external security agencies and stakeholders.
• Oversee the deployment of security technologies and tools.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on security operations to the executive team.
• Develop a comprehensive security response plan to mitigate impacts of breaches.
• Advise on security implications of business decisions and technology initiatives.
• Enhance current security procedures, ensuring they align with best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security or related field
• Master's degree in Cybersecurity is preferred

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in information security roles with a focus on policy development.
