Job Description

As a Product UX Researcher, you'll be at the forefront of shaping user experiences for our cutting-edge products. Your role will involve conducting user research, analysing user feedback, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet user needs effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate current product usability through testing and user feedback.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.
  • Collaborate on design sprints and agile development cycles.
  • Mentor junior researchers and offer guidance on UX methodologies.
  • Create detailed reports on research findings and recommendations.
  • Foster a user-centric culture within the product teams.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Master's degree in UX Research is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of user experience research
