Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions that drive business efficiency.
• Participate in agile ceremonies including Sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Optimize existing Salesforce processes through automation and workflow design.
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to Salesforce systems and configurations.
• Provide training and support to end-users as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline

Experience

• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce projects

• Salesforce Lightning
• APIs and Integrations

Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator

Languages

• English: Fluent
