Job Description
We're seeking a talented Electrical and Electronics Drafter specialising in mask design for integrated circuits. This role requires collaboration with engineers to create effective layouts, ensuring quality and precision in semiconductor production.
Responsibilities
Conceptualise and design unique mask layouts in collaboration with engineers.
Create comprehensive documentation for each design project.
Conduct tests and simulations to verify mask designs.
Work with industry-standard tools and software for layout design.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality assurance.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Provide training and support to junior drafters as needed.
Facilitate communication between design and engineering teams.
Contribute ideas for design improvements and process optimisations.
Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Master's degree is a plus
Experience
3+ years of experience in electrical drafting or related fields
