UI/UX Researcher

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate UI/UX Researcher to join our team in Liverpool. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting user research, creating user personas, and collaborating with designers and developers to create intuitive user interfaces. Your insights will guide the design process and enhance user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct user interviews and focus groups.
• Synthesize research data to identify user needs and preferences.
• Present findings to stakeholders and advocate for user needs.
• Continuously evaluate and iterate on existing products based on user feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Psychology, or a related field
• Master's degree or further studies in UX Research is desirable

Experience

• Proven experience in user experience research or usability analysis (3+ years)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with A/B Testing: Proven ability to conduct and analyse A/B tests to drive design decisions.
• Familiarity with Analytical Tools: Experience with tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar for gathering user data.
