Job Description

As a Litharge Mill Operator, you will be integral to our production team, responsible for operating and maintaining machinery that produces litharge, an essential component in lead-acid batteries. Your role will entail monitoring production processes, performing quality control checks, and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate the litharge milling equipment efficiently.
• Monitor batch production and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Perform calibrations and equipment adjustments as needed.
• Keep accurate records of production data for reporting.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production targets.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment preferred

Languages
