Job Description

We are seeking a Policy Change Clerk to assist with the development, implementation, and tracking of policy changes within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, and have a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Manage policy change requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist in preparing reports on policy changes and their implications.
  • Evaluate the impact of policy changes on current operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary data for policy analysis.
  • Track and report on the progress of policy change initiatives.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders regarding compliance issues.
  • Assist in the development of training materials for new policies.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on policy improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate degree or higher in a related field
Experience
  • Minimum two years of experience in policy development or related discipline
Technical Skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Database management
