Job Description

We are seeking a Psychometric Consultant who will play a key role in assessing and evaluating individuals through various psychological tests. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of psychometric principles and be skilled in providing actionable insights to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Administer a variety of psychometric tests, including personality and cognitive ability assessments.
  • Provide comprehensive, evidence-based insights to enhance client decision-making.
  • Create and manage assessment centres to evaluate candidates in real-time scenarios.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and attend relevant workshops.
  • Support the development of internal training programs related to talent assessment.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Psychology or a related field
  • Professional certification in psychometric testing preferred (e.g., British Psychological Society Level A or B)
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience conducting psychometric assessments
