Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions and coordinate resources.
• Evaluate project performance and implement improvements.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding project status.
• Train and mentor junior staff in engineering practices.
• Support the project manager in strategic planning.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Research and implement new engineering techniques and technologies.
• Prepare budget forecasts and manage costs effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience

Certifications

• Civil Engineering Technician (EngTech)
