Job Description

As a Weaver, you will be responsible for creating high-quality woven fabrics using diverse techniques and materials. You'll collaborate closely with designers and other team members to develop unique and innovative fabric designs that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Set up looms and configure weaving parameters according to specifications.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the production process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on production goals.
• Document production metrics and report any irregularities.
• Assist in the development of new weaving techniques.
• Participate in safety and operational training sessions.
• Continuously improve skills through training on new weaving technologies.
• Maintain accurate records of production and inventory.
• Aid in the development of sustainable practices within the production process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fine Arts or related field
• Technical training and relevant certifications are preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial weaving and fabric production.
