CNC Lathe Operator

Job Description

Join our established team as a CNC Lathe Operator. The right candidate will be proficient in operating CNC lathes, interpreting technical drawings, and performing routine maintenance. Attention to detail is a must to ensure high-quality output.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathe machines based on technical specifications.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality standards are met.
• Make adjustments to machine settings as needed and troubleshoot production issues.
• Maintain and clean CNC lathe machines for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the production team to improve workflow.
• Document production data, including material usage and machine downtime.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Train new operators on machine operations and safety procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant vocational training in CNC machining is preferred.

Experience

• Experience with multi-axis CNC machines is advantageous.

Languages

• English: Fluent
