Responsibilities

• Operating advanced lens polishing machines to finish lenses to a high standard.
• Following technical instructions closely to ensure accurate lens production.
• Conducting quality assurance checks on lenses to meet product specifications.
• Training new team members in lens cutting and production processes.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives within the lab.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a relevant vocational training program is preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in a similar role within the optical manufacturing industry is desirable.

Technical Skills

• Precision and attention to detail
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Basic understanding of optics and lens properties

Languages

• English: Fluent
