Job Description

We are looking for skilled Pourers and Casters to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in metal casting and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Develop casting designs and specifications based on project requirements.
• Work closely with engineering teams to improve casting methods.
• Test and inspect casted parts for defects and quality assurance.
• Implement new technologies and methodologies for metal casting.
• Assist in the training of junior casters on best practices and techniques.

Requirements

Education

• HNC/HND in Engineering or related field

Experience

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in metal casting or a similar role

Technical Skills

• Casting Simulation Software
• Welding Skills

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Health and Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in A/B Testing and Optimization: Knowledge of methods to optimize metal casting processes.
• Understanding of Health and Safety Regulations: Familiarity with regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
