Join our team as a Foiling Machine Adjuster, where you'll be responsible for setting up and maintaining our state-of-the-art foiling machines. This role demands precision and expertise, ensuring that our machines operate efficiently while meeting production targets. You will be a key player in maintaining the quality of our printing services.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate foiling machines to produce various stamped products.
• Perform regular checks and maintenance on the machines.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Identify issues before they affect production to ensure quality.
• Document maintenance and troubleshooting procedures for future reference.
• Work with production managers to coordinate order fulfilment.
• Keep up-to-date with latest machine technologies and operational techniques.
• Assist in training new staff on machine operation and safety procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Apprenticeship or technical certification in relevant field

Experience

• 2-3 years' demonstrated experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Hands-on mechanical experience
• Computer skills

Advantageous

• Experience in training fellow operators: Ability to mentor junior operators to enhance team capabilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations: Awareness of workplace safety practices and legal regulations.
